Continental suggests running the tire first without warmers to get used to the increasing grip. Warmer can still be used if the rider desires. Tire pressure depends on ambient temperatures.

Without warmers:
Front/Rear- Cold @ 30.45 - 33.35 psi (2.1 - 2.3 bar)


With warmers Hot (104 °F / 40 °C):
Front/Rear- Max 34.80 psi (2.4 bar)
